A mid-terrace house bought in poor order from a probate sale. The layout was inefficient — a large return landing and an oversized bathroom were taking space from the bedrooms.
We reconfigured it to three bedrooms, rewired and replumbed throughout, replaced the heating system and fitted a new kitchen and two bathrooms. The roof and windows were renewed at the same time rather than deferred.
